We are subject matter experts for processes in cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments which focus on radiofrequency (RF) microelectronic component assembly. This hands-on role confronts new projects and challenges every day and requires cross-functional collaboration in both cutting-edge automation and mature production processes.

Work hand-in-hand with product engineers, quality engineers, reliability engineers, and manufacturing engineers on product manufacturing.
Develop and implement materials, processes, process improvements, and production support using established statistical process control techniques, experimental designs, material analysis, mechanical design analysis, and root cause analysis.
Ability to spend 8+ hours per day in a clean room environment, following clean room and electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures.
Work day shift with a start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. A 9/80 schedule may be available. Flexibility in starting times may be required based on production demand, as this is a high-volume, 24/7 operation.
