Pay Range: $60 - $80/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in NX, Teamcenter, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). 
• The ideal candidate has a proven track record optimizing product designs for efficient, cost-effective production and excels in cross-functional collaboration. 

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- NX Proficiency: Expert use of Siemens NX for creating and refining product designs to enhance manufacturability. 
• Teamcenter Expertise: Deep experience managing product data and workflows to streamline design-to-production processes. 
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Strong ability to integrate DFM principles to ensure practical, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing outcomes. 
• Enhanced Design Models: Refined casting designs and MBOM updates incorporating advanced process insights.
• Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or hard science
• 5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or product processing
• Demonstrated ability to creatively deliver processes and products on time in a safe manner that meets or exceeds the required parameters defined by the product
• Demonstrated continuous improvement and process development skills and techniques
• Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware via any means (machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly, etc.) Work on personal or extracurricular projects is a plus.
• A genuine interest in manufacturing and thirst for learning
• High-rate production experience with safety critical industries
• Hands-on experience solid fuel rocket motors
• New product development experience
• Factory commissioning experience
• Demonstrated experience with large and complex CapEx projects
