Summary:

• Leverage model-based engineering tools (PLM/MES) to facilitate creation of Production Planning and Work Instructions for build.

• Interface with shop floor personnel to resolve build issues including troubleshooting PLM/MES/ERP data flows.

• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

• Provide guidance to team of hourly or represented planners and oversee creation and release of build documentation.

• Oversee all planning modifications related to engineering revisions and MRB activities.

• Support Manufacturing Engineering planning system upgrades, modifications, and new system integration.

• Work in parallel with design engineering, quality engineering, supply chain organizations, and production operations.

• Use model-based engineering software including Catia, 3DX, and Team Center NX.

• Apply PLM and MES software to facilitate production planning.

• Troubleshoot PLM/MES/ERP data flows.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.

• Manufacturing Engineering and/or Production Engineering experience.

• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software experience.

• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.

• Manufacturing Engineering experience in model-based engineering software including Catia, 3DX, and Team Center NX.

• Preferred: Manufacturing Engineering or Production planning experience with Solumina or Apriso.

• Preferred: SAP or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software experience.

• Preferred: Production or build execution support experience.

• Preferred: Root Cause and Corrective Action experience.
