Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Mahwah, New Jersey

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Project Managers in executing capital projects by coordinating project activities, tracking action items, and communicating with cross-functional teams.
  • Attending project meetings to stay aligned with project goals and progress.
  • Assisting with equipment installations to ensure smooth integration into manufacturing processes.
  • Performing FAT/SAT and validation activities to verify equipment readiness and compliance.
  • Working with engineering teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough project documentation throughout each phase.
  • Spending time both in the office and on the manufacturing floor to gain hands-on experience and insight into the project lifecycle.
  • Learning to progressively take ownership of project tasks and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering, or similar.
  • Entry-level candidates or those with co-op/internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Technical aptitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Industry experience in medical devices or healthcare manufacturing.
  • Certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalents.
  • Exposure to manufacturing automation, robotics, or continuous improvement methodologies.
