Job Description

Design fixtures, tooling, and production equipment using Autodesk Inventor (SolidWorks experience also considered). Support new product introductions and lead APQP activities. Own and maintain production routers, BOMs, and related manufacturing documentation. Analyze production data, KPIs, and manufacturing costs to identify improvement opportunities. Create and update work instructions, test procedures, and process documentation. Manage engineering change notices (ECNs) and process updates. Provide technical support and training to production teams. Partner with operations to improve safety, quality, productivity, and throughput. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.

The Successful Applicant

REQUIRED:

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, or a related manufacturing environment
• Experience designing fixtures for production and assembly applications
• Strong understanding of production routing, BOM management, and ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; certification (green or above) preferred
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively with both engineering and production teams

PREFERRED:

• Experience supporting new product launches
• Bilingual Spanish
• Power BI or other manufacturing analytics experience
• Hands-on experience driving measurable process improvements
