Manufacturing Engineer
We are currently seeking a highly skilled, dynamic Manufacturing Engineer to join a small manufacturing shop producing low-volume custom transformers in Macedonia. This is a hands-on role focused on improving shop efficiency, processes, and operationsnot building product on the floor.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated and ready to help build a strong, positive team while supporting the companys growth in line with the owners vision. You will spend significant time in the shop, working closely with the engineering team and production staff to drive continuous improvement.

Compensation- $50,000 $70,000 per year, based on experience.
Hours:
- 1st Shift Up to 50 hours per week
- Shop runs 6:00am 6:00pm, Monday Friday
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with the engineering team and shop floor personnel to optimize manufacturing operations.
- Design and build fixtures and tooling that improve production efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Upgrade and improve current manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain facility systems, including electrical and plumbing as needed.
- Specify, source, and oversee the design and installation of new equipment required for production.
- Supervise and coordinate all vendor work performed in the facility.
- Support a safe, organized, and clean work environment through strong attention to detail and organizational practices.
Minimum Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a comparable/related engineering field.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment.
- Strong project management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
