    Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team! As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be overseeing the manufacturing processes to ensure they fall in line with our policies and procedures, manage any software developments in relation to your projects, and design new strategies for future projects and procedures to create better overall processes. You will also assist in training new engineers, developing clear goals for the manufacturing team, and coordinating with external suppliers as needed for new tools and equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing background, excellent communication skills, and strong project management skills. 

    Responsibilities 
    • Evaluate current manufacturing standards and suggest improvements as needed
    • Work closely with the engineering team, including training new employees, to maintain high standards and quality
    • Manage any software updates or developments
    • Set and achieve goals for the engineering team
    • Work closely with other departments to develop new products and designs from the ground up
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s or Masters in Engineering or comparable degree
    • Strong project management experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills
