Overview:
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and supporting production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost. This role works cross-functionally with production and R&D to troubleshoot issues, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure products meet performance and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on shop floor experience to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Working with manufacturing operators to ensure product is built to specification
- Updates BOM's for excisiting products as well as new products
- Work with R&D engineering team on new product readiness for manufacturing
- Work with quality to ensure facility is meeting ISO 9001 requirements
- Work to resolve quality issues found internally
- Work with field technicians to help troubleshoot issues found out in the field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preffered)
- 4+ years in a technical manufacturing role
- Proficient in understanding CAD drawings
- Proficient with in writing technical documents
- Hands on mentality
