NC.Global OrganizationMarket LeaderFast GrowingAs a Manufacturing Engineer you will Job Description Support manufacturing production equipment facility and process engineering initiatives within a large-scale battery manufacturing environment. Work cross-functionally to manage engineering projects optimize manufacturing processes support equipment installations and drive continuous improvement efforts. Day to Day Responsibilities Support manufacturing production facility and equipment engineering projects Investigate project feasibility scope schedules budgets and technical requirements Develop and maintain engineering drawings layouts models and technical documentation Create scopes of work bid packages project specifications and installation packages Coordinate equipment installations facility modifications and utility integration projects Collaborate with production maintenance quality safety suppliers contractors and engineering teams Review technical drawings equipment designs and engineering specifications Participate in field walkdowns site evaluations and as-built verification activities Support manufacturing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives Assist with equipment troubleshooting root cause analysis and corrective actions Track project schedules milestones and deliverables while communicating project status to stakeholders Drive continuous improvement activities while supporting safety quality and operational objectives This is a Full Time opportunity.The ideal candidate will have 3-10years of engineering experience in a manufacturing automotive battery industrial or production environment.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering Engineering Technology Manufacturing Construction Management or a related technical field 3- years of experience in manufacturing production automotive battery industrial or engineering project environments Experience supporting manufacturing operations equipment installations facility improvements or capital projects Ability to interpret engineering drawings specifications and technical documentation Strong project management organizational and problem-solving skills Experience working with cross-functional teams contractors and suppliers Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervisionPreferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with AutoCAD CATIA SolidWorks Inventor Revit or similar engineering software Experience in automotive battery manufacturing or high-volume production environments Knowledge of manufacturing processes industrial equipment facility systems utilities or automation systems Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Six Sigma or Toyota Production System experience Experience supporting facility expansion production startup or equipment commissioning projects Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindsetPay Rate 50-75hrPay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration Please hit APPLY to provide the required information and we will be back in touch as soon as possible.Benefits Volt offers benefits based on eligibility that include the following health dental vision term life short term disability AD&D 401k Sick time and other types of paid leaves as required by law Employee Assistance Program EAP.Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
