Position Overview:

International is looking for Manufacturing Engineer Lead Senior!

 

In this role, you will be operating as an independent contributor within the Professional Track, this role leverages advanced, wide-ranging expertise to solve complex issues in innovative ways. The position requires a deep understanding of functional methodologies to execute highly specialized projects, exercise strategic judgment, and recommend organizational best practices.

 

As a recognized subject matter expert, the individual networks externally, adapts precedents to develop novel solutions, and operates with autonomy in all but the most complex situations. Furthermore, they serve as a vital resource for quality, taking the lead on functional teams to train, guide, and mentor less experienced colleagues.

 

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm; Must be flexible.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub assemblies and final assemblies.
  • Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
  • Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
  • Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of product manufacturing experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience

OR

  • Master's degree and at least 3 years of product manufacturing experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience

OR

  • At least 8 years of product manufacturing experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience
Additional Requirements:

  • Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise
  • Process design, optimization, and standardization
  • Strong understanding of quality systems and statistical tools (SPC, MSA, PFMEA)
  • Project management and cross-functional leadership
  • Manufacturing process validation and control plan development
  • Data analysis and KPI management to drive performance
  • Experience with automation, tooling, and equipment integration
  • Cost reduction and productivity improvement focus
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and risk assessment methods
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Coaching, mentoring, and development of engineering and production teams
  • Engineering change management and product launch support
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MES systems and manufacturing technologies
  • Ability to influence decisions and drive accountability across the organization
