Manufacturing Engineer
Pay $68k – 100k Depending on Experience

Job Summary:
Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive efficiency and innovation across new and existing product lines. In this role, you will design and optimize production processes, manage tooling and equipment implementation, and establish direct labor time standards. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth product launches by troubleshooting line balances, while continuously identifying opportunities for cost reduction and value analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Develop, evaluate, and continuously improve manufacturing methods, costs, and Lean concepts to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Tooling & Materials: Determine required materials and design/build custom fixtures to ensure cost-effective, high-quality production.
- Compliance & Quality: Execute engineering activities in alignment with company standards, customer specs, and the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure reliability and consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with shop floor personnel, management, and engineering teams to align on capabilities, production schedules, and continuous feedback loops.
- Innovation & Tech Integration: Plan and implement new technologies and engineering specifications into existing designs and processes.
- Business & Safety Support: Assist with new business development (including drawings and spec sheets) while strictly maintaining a safety-first, proactive work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent; or 4-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A high degree of mechanical aptitude, analytical ability, detail oriented and demonstrable abilities to analyze, evaluate and conceive original approaches.
- Must know Microsoft Applications – Word, Excel & PPT.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
