We are hiring for 2027 Summer Interns!

The goal of HydraForce's internship program is to develop future engineering resources for our organization while providing support to our Engineering groups. We structure the engineering internship to allow candidates the opportunity to develop knowledge and skill-sets unique to our industry. Project tasks reflect an increasing level of technical complexity based on demonstrated proficiency and success on prior assignments. Although there is no guarantee of employment, it is our goal to have our interns fully capable of stepping into an entry-level engineering position upon graduation.

Supporting Job Elements:

  • Tool design

  • Creo background (3D modeling)

  • Dimensioning drawings

  • Testing experiments

  • Follow a measurement plan

  • FMEA

  • Improve layouts of assembly cell

  • Developing improvements that will help with throughput

  • Determine methods to eliminate waste

  • Implementing 5S methodology

  • Production assembly assistance

  • Testing assistance

Internship Dates:

June 2, 2027-August 6, 2027

  • Committed to an engineering college undergraduate program
  • A minimum on 3.0 GPA
  • Basic proficiency in CAD modeling, preferably in PTC Creo
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-directed and motivated
  • Majors Desired: Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Technology

The US base hourly range for this position will be in between $20- $27 depending on the credits accumulated for the undergraduate students. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific hourly range during the interview process. Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
