Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer Intern supports the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance quality, safety, efficiency, and productivity. This role provides hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, troubleshoot production challenges, and support operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required. Experience with Microsoft Excel, CAD software, data analysis tools, and Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred.
