The organization has a strong reputation for quality, operational excellence, and continuous investment in advanced manufacturing technologies.Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Design, develop, and implement manufacturing equipment, tooling, and process improvements.Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process-related issues while partnering with production and maintenance teams to resolve problems.Support capital equipment projects, including vendor identification, equipment selection, purchasing justification, and implementation.Create and maintain standardized work instructions, operating procedures, and production standards.Coordinate tooling and fixturing requirements, repairs, and priorities with internal teams.Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives throughout the manufacturing operation.Analyze production performance and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and product quality.Assist with engineering documentation, training programs, and implementation of best practices.Support safety initiatives and help identify opportunities to improve workplace safety and operational effectiveness.Participate on cross-functional teams focused on manufacturing improvement projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
