Manufacturing Engineer
In this role, the Manufacturing Engineer will:
- Partner with engineering and production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and efficient.
- Align product designs with production capabilities and operational constraints.
- Support production scheduling to enable on-time delivery of projects.
- Provide technical guidance across manufacturing and engineering functions.
- Troubleshoot process and technical issues within production environments.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive quality and cost efficiency.
- Review manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation.

A successful Manufacturing Engineer will have:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production control.
- Experience with ERP systems and engineering tools (e.g., CAD).
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Capability to manage projects both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
