Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering + 1 year engineering experience preferred
• Alternatively:
  • Associate’s degree + 2 years relevant experience, or
  • High school diploma/equivalent + 4 years relevant experience
• Experience with manufacturing engineering/process improvement
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Experience with technical drawings, prints, BOMs, procedures, and routers
• Strong problem-solving and statistical/quality tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Experience developing/executing project plans and schedules
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-starter who can recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and training
