The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Henderson, CO. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer I
Location: Henderson, CO
Pay Rate: $30/hour W2
Duration: 11.5-Month Contract
Schedule :  7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Job Description

Seeking a Process Technician to support manufacturing operations by providing real-time production line support, resolving process and tooling issues, and driving continuous process improvements. The role is responsible for maintaining process documentation, validating tooling and process changes, supporting root cause investigations, and executing small to medium-sized process improvement projects in a production environment.

Education

  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field preferred.

Required Skills

  • Manufacturing process support in a production environment
  • Technical troubleshooting and structured root cause analysis (5 Why)
  • Process documentation, work instruction (WI) creation, and revision
  • Production process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Tooling validation and process change implementation (MOC/MCR)
  • Process validation and production floor support
  • Safety compliance, LOTO, and PPE practices
  • Quality systems and process control
  • Project execution for manufacturing/process improvements
  • Excel, time studies, and manufacturing data analysis

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience with process change control and validation documentation
  • Cross-functional experience supporting Operations, Quality, and HSE initiatives
  • Experience validating new tooling and manufacturing equipment
  • Background in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering environments
