Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 1+ year of engineering experience.
• Manufacturing engineering experience involving process development, troubleshooting, process validation, or cell/process improvement.
• Experience with manufacturing processes such as machining, finishing, forging, casting, cleaning, heat treating, bonding, or molding.
• Ability to maintain/improve technical documents, drawings/prints, BOMs, procedures, and routers.
• Working knowledge of GD&T.
• Strong problem-solving skills using quality/statistical tools.
• Experience with project planning, execution, and managing multiple projects.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with tool design, feasibility studies, cost/capacity analysis, or process improvement is a plus.
