Manufacturing EngineerThe Manufacturing Engineer will:Support CNC machining operations and manufacturing equipment performance.Evaluate, develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, safety and efficiency.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturability of products and tooling solutions.Analyze tooling, equipment and process requirements for machining operations.Create, revise and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions and mechanical drawings.Implement and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).Investigate production issues, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.Train production personnel on new and updated manufacturing processes.Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including workflow and work-cell improvements.Design manufacturing fixtures using CAD software.Recommend and justify investments in new equipment, tooling and manufacturing technologies.Support equipment installation, validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).Provide manufacturing input for new product introduction and production planning.Review and disposition non-conforming materials while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
