Job Summary

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations through manufacturing/industrial engineering, weld and assembly tooling, 3D CAD, process planning, material handling, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and production operations.

• Design weld tooling, fixtures, templates, gauges, and assembly tooling.

• Perform 3D CAD design using SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA.

• Develop assembly processes, manufacturing flows, and work instructions.

• Design and validate racks, carts, and material-handling equipment.

• Conduct time studies and process-improvement activities.

• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, production planning, and material-flow improvements.

• Coordinate project activities with customers and vendors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience.

• Hands-on weld tooling, fixture, and assembly tooling experience.

• 3D CAD experience with SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA.

• Production/manufacturing support experience.

• Experience with work instructions/SOPs, time studies, material handling, and process improvement.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S.

Work Requirements

• Onsite position in Dodge Center, MN.

• Any U.S. work authorization may be considered, subject to applicable employment requirements.

• Candidates should be able to support manufacturing operations and shop-floor activities as required.
