Description

Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to support production objectives, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Working alongside engineering and production teams, the successful candidate will support new product introductions, process improvements, tooling design, and manufacturing automation initiatives.

Develop and improve manufacturing and assembly processes.

Support new product introduction and production readiness activities.

Design and implement manufacturing fixtures and tooling.

Evaluate production methods to achieve product specifications and quality goals.

Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing engineering within a technical production environment and possess a strong understanding of process development, tooling, and production support. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

Minimum two years of manufacturing engineering experience.

Experience developing production processes and manufacturing documentation.

Knowledge of assembly, tooling, and process improvement methodologies.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
