Responsibilities
Develop manufacturing processes for fabricated and machined components
Create process routers and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Estimate manufacturing labor, material, and production costs
Utilize SolidWorks and 3D CAD software to support manufacturing processes
Review customer drawings, specifications, and engineering changes
Create flat patterns and machine-ready files for lasers, turret punches, and press brakes
Collaborate with sales, customers, vendors, and production teams to ensure manufacturability
Identify production bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement engineering solutions
Support scheduling, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
Experience in sheet metal fabrication and machining environments
Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Experience developing manufacturing processes, routers, and BOMs
Strong understanding of fabrication equipment such as lasers, press brakes, and turret punches
Experience estimating manufacturing costs and production times preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
