    Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

    Location: Carson, California, United States

    Salary Range: $67,000 to $113,000 per year.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain material specifications, product drawings, routing sheets, and manufacturing procedures.
    • Design and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling for headers, rollers, drillers, etc.
    • Continuously improve tooling and manufacturing methods to enhance efficiency.
    • Collaborate with production technicians to troubleshoot issues and enhance manufacturing processes.
    • Provide technical guidance to manufacturing personnel and assist in resolving engineering issues.
    • Investigate and determine the root cause of persistent problems.
    • Contribute to the justification and setup of new production facilities.
    • Support Quality System Improvement initiatives.
    • Analyze and assist with capital equipment justifications.
    • Serve as an integral part of the product review board.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Manufacturing Engineering.

    Experience:

    • Minimum three years of engineering experience.
    • Preferred experience in fastener manufacturing.

    Requirements:

    • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
    • U.S. person status as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
