    The Manufacturing Engineer will support and improve manufacturing processes in a foundry/metal casting environment, focusing on process validation, dimensional quality, statistical analysis, tooling, and production efficiency. The role requires hands-on experience with casting, metals, wax injection, and manufacturing engineering methods.

    • BS Degree in Engineering
    • Looking for a Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer with at least 3 years of experience
    • Foundry experience required
    • Experience with process validation
    • Experience with GD&T, CMM, gaging
    • Experience with metals, casting, brazing, wax injections
    • Experience with statistical analysis/Minitab
    • Experience with CAD, NX preferred
    • Experience with Windchill preferred
    • Experience with fixture/gage design is a plus
    • Wax injection tooling/injection molding experience
    • Must have Foundry Experienc.
    • Support and improve manufacturing processes for foundry and metal casting operations.
    • Lead process validation activities and ensure processes meet quality and production requirements.
    • Analyze manufacturing processes using statistical analysis and Minitab.
    • Apply GD&T, CMM, and gaging to evaluate dimensional requirements and product quality.
    • Support operations involving metals, casting, brazing, wax injection, and injection molding.
    • Develop and improve fixtures, gages, and tooling to support production.
    • Use CAD tools to support manufacturing and engineering activities.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, quality improvement, and production efficiency.
    • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
    • Support wax injection tooling and injection molding activities.
    • Maintain manufacturing documentation and engineering specifications.
