Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes for new and existing products
  • Support full lifecycle product launches, from concept through production readiness
  • Work closely with tooling, fixtures, equipment, and external suppliers
  • Ensure processes meet quality standards, capacity requirements, and cost targets
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and production teams to resolve technical issues

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline
  • 2+ year's experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
  • Hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication or similar processes
  • Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
