Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Support full lifecycle product launches, from concept through production readiness
- Work closely with tooling, fixtures, equipment, and external suppliers
- Ensure processes meet quality standards, capacity requirements, and cost targets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and production teams to resolve technical issues

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline
- 2+ year's experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
- Hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication or similar processes
- Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
