Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to support production objectives. Partner with engineering and production teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability. Establish manufacturing and assembly processes for new product introductions. Design and develop manufacturing fixtures, tooling, and production aids. Determine manufacturing methods and process requirements to meet product specifications. Support integration of new products and engineering changes into production. Improve assembly, automation, and production processes to increase efficiency and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve throughput. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
