• Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for new and existing products.
• Create, troubleshoot, and improve CNC programs using Mastercam, PartMaker, or similar CAM software.
• Design workholding, tooling, fixturing, and machining strategies for complex components.
• Support quoting activities, manufacturability reviews, and process planning.
• Collaborate with machinists, quality, engineering, and operations teams to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, cost savings, and increased productivity.
• Support prototype development, new product introductions, and production launches.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Work closely with customers and suppliers to resolve technical challenges and improve manufacturing outcomes.
• Develop process documentation, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of CNC process engineering experience in a machining environment.
• Strong experience with 5-axis CNC milling, Swiss machining, and Mill-Turn equipment.
• Proficiency with Mastercam, PartMaker, SolidWorks, or similar software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D models.
• Knowledge of machining, tooling, fixturing, metrology, SPC, and process capability.
• Experience supporting quoting, manufacturing planning, and continuous improvement activities.
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.
