Target Range: $70,000-92,000

Job Summary: Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes. Support production planning and decision-making by evaluating production times, staffing requirements, and costs while working closely with management, engineering, and other teams. Will also provide technical support, training, and process improvement expertise while using statistical methods to identify manufacturing needs and develop solutions.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements focused on quality, efficiency, and cost
  • Evaluate production times, staffing requirements, and manufacturing costs to support management decisions
  • Develop and coordinate project plans, manage project activities, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Lead DFMEA sessions to identify and mitigate potential design risks
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing principles, FMEA, and continuous improvement practices to improve manufacturing processes
  • Provide technical support and training while collaborating with management, engineering, and other teams
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, improve resource utilization, and support overall business performance
  • Travel up to 10% to customer and manufacturing locations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 3–6 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, PFMEA, and Gemba events
  • At least 6 months of experience with AutoCAD, Pro/E, or SolidWorks
  • Exceptional technical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
