Manufacturing Documentation Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Documentation Specialist to join their team. As a Manufacturing Documentation Specialist, you will be part of the documentation and quality support team, ensuring the accuracy and clarity of manufacturing instructions and visual aids. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Documentation Specialist

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Pay Range: $18-$22/hr

Shift: 7 am - 3:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Develop, implement, and manage masking instructions and visual aids within the manufacturing facility.
• Work directly with the Quality Manager to ensure product and service standards are met or exceeded.
• Create and organize file structures for storage of documents, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Interpret masking instructions and translate them into visual aids using various software tools.

What's Needed?

• Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
