The QA TechnicianLevel1 position is primarily responsiblefortheday-to-dayqualityactivitiesassociatedwith theproduction,sampling,inspection,testing,andreleaseofmaterialsandfinishedproducts.Thisposition works closelywith the Quality Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform in-cominginspectionof materialsandfinishedproduct.
- AssistProductionwithin-processtesting,asneeded.
- AssistinFinalLottesting.
- PerformSterileFinishedGoodsInspection
- Placementandincubationofbiologicalindicatorsassociatedwithsterilization
- CompletionandmaintenanceofvariousQualityrecords.
- UpdateQualityproceduresassociatedwiththeactivitieslistedabove,asneeded
- Changethestatusofitemswithinthecompanycomputersystem
- PerformotherdutieswithintheQualitydepartment (NCR,Validation,CAPA,InternalAudits,etc.),as assigned by the Quality Manager.
