Job Summary
Precision Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Customer Service Specialist with SAP experience to support customer orders, production schedules, inventory management, and shipping operations. This position works closely with production supervisors, management, and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in SAP, order processing, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with production management and supervisors to monitor production schedules, parts availability, and customer orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping delays, and production concerns.
- Utilize SAP daily to review customer requirements, process orders, and generate reports.
- Monitor customer DDL systems to maintain appropriate inventory levels for production and service parts.
- Enter and process customer orders, including non-EDI orders.
- Process purchase requests, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
- Assist with shipping, logistics, and order fulfillment as needed.
- Access customer DDL and SMART systems to retrieve order and production information.
- Prepare documentation for prototype and service part orders.
- Maintain accurate records and support daily manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- SAP experience required.
- Previous customer service, order management, or production coordination experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with EDI systems, inventory management, or shipping processes preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with production teams and customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Pay: $26.00 per hour
