Position Summary

This role is responsible for assisting customers with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests, resolving discrepancies, and supporting order-related inquiries. The position also works closely with internal teams to improve processes, meet service level goals, and support daily operations. This role includes regular physical activity and heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers with RMA requests, order issues, and discrepancy resolution

  • Research and resolve issues with a focus on timely, one-call resolution

  • Monitor RMA performance and assist with process improvements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet service level targets

  • Perform root cause analysis and support workflow enhancements

  • Assist with inventory handling and operational tasks, including frequent heavy lifting

  • Document processes and support ongoing improvements

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials regularly

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in customer support, operations, or similar role
