Where will I work?

What will I do every day?

• Diagnose and fix electrical issues on production equipment and plant systems.
• Tackle mechanical problems that affect performance and reliability.
• Program and maintain PLCs to keep processes efficient and consistent.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve safety and operational results.
• Keep accurate, timely records of maintenance and repairs.
• Follow safety standards and procedures without exception.
• Help train apprentices and junior technicians when needed.

What background helps me succeed?

• Proven experience as an electrician—preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting, plus mechanical problem-solving ability.
• Hands-on PLC programming/maintenance experience.
• Comfort working independently and in a team.
• Clear communication and a proactive, can-do approach.
• Electrical certifications or licenses are a bonus.

What are the hours and physical demands?

• Overtime, weekend, and holiday work as scheduling requires.
• Participation in a shift rotation.
• Ability to work safely and effectively alone or with others.
• Strong, clear communication.
• Classified consistent with the Dictionary of Occupational Titles heavy job category—ability to lift, carry, push/pull, climb, shovel, walk, pry, and work on/near moving equipment; perform job-specific tasks as assigned.
