What You'll Do
- Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing reporting
- Monitor cash flow, internal controls, and financial compliance
- Partner with operations leadership to improve profitability and efficiency
- Coordinate audits and support tax compliance activities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
- Manufacturing and cost accounting experience required
- Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accounting Manager
- Strong ERP system and advanced Excel skills
- CPA preferred but not required
