The Work:
Accenture is seeking a Consultant to drive project execution in Digital CMC and PLM transformation work within our Supply Chain & Engineering practice for Life Sciences. We work with our pharmaceutical, biotech, medical technology, distributor and consumer health clients globally to redefine the future of the life sciences industry: combining the latest technology with scientific breakthroughs to revolutionize how medical treatments are discovered, developed and delivered to patients around the world.
This role drives the enablement of digital thread and data backbone concepts at our clients to build foundational building blocks for AI and agentic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
At a Consultant level, key responsibilities could include:
Support project delivery of business and technology transformations by utilizing deep industry expertise in PLM, CMC, tech transfer, data as a product, knowledge graphs, data lineage, and AI-enabled business and technology transformation work
Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech and beyond including upstream R&D and downstream commercialization
Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients
Engage deeply in project delivery with hands-on work executing against program priorities, leading work products, and coaching and mentoring others
Bring effective communications to manage both internal and external relationships and deliver with excellence
Support practice and people development across PLM, digital CMC, product development, product launch and data management in addition to day to day project delivery excellence
Travel Requirements:
Travel is required for this role and could vary from 0-75%.
