Step into a day leading a high-performing manufacturing cell
You arrive ready to guide a crew of 8–12 skilled teammates. Before the line starts, you run a quick stand-up: safety reminders, quality checkpoints, production targets, and HR updates. PPE is in place, the hour-by-hour board is set, and you’ve queued transactions in SAP to keep material and workflow moving. As the shift unfolds, you coach new hires, audit Standard Work, track KPIs, and walk the area for 5S and DuPont STOP observations. When a systemic issue appears, you escalate to the Group Leader (Supervisor) and partner on root cause. At shift handoff, you brief the next Team Lead so performance and communication never skip a beat.
