Location: Wellington, CO
Manufacturing Associate Responsibilities:
· Creation of machined or molded products
· Precise cutting, drilling, milling, assembly of products
· Packaging product and shipping of customer orders
· Ensuring excellent product quality and attention-to-detail
· Maintaining production equipment and assemblies
· Handling clerical tasks such as work orders and documentation
· Accurate tracking of items used from/put into inventory
· Maintain predictable and reliable attendance
· Other duties as assigned
Manufacturing Associate Skills and Requirements:
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
· Extreme attention-to-detail to ensure quality of hand-crafted products
· Excellent time management
· Ability to collaborate with other team members to meet customer needs and improve processes
· Ability to identify and resolve problems with little to no supervision
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to lift 50 pounds routinely and stand throughout the workday
· Prior experience in manufacturing or production a plus
· Forklift certification a plus not required
