With advanced technologies, world-class cGMP operations, and one of the largest commercial spray drying capabilities globally, Codis partners with leading brands to bring high-quality products from development to market safely, efficiently, and reliably.We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Production Associate to join our PIC (Polysaccharide Iron Complex) Manufacturing Suite on a permanent rotating 12-hour night shift schedule.Shift ScheduleThis position follows a rotating 2-week pattern:Week 1Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 40 regular hours + 8 overtime hours Week 2Monday, Thursday, Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 36 regular hours This rotating schedule repeats continuously.Position SummaryThe Production Associate is responsible for operating and supporting manufacturing processes within the PIC Suite while ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety standards.This role is hands-on and highly process-driven, involving everything from material weighing and processing to in-process testing, documentation, equipment operation, cleaning, and final product inspection. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Inside the PIC suite, precision matters.
