About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support daily production operations by performing tin-dipping processes on components, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to an efficient workflow. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Perform tin-dip operations according to established specifications Inspect parts before and after dipping to ensure quality and consistency Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and clean production environment Track materials, report discrepancies, and follow all safety guidelines Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Support additional manufacturing tasks as needed Qualifications

Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (not required) Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Willingness to learn and follow precise procedures
