Employment Type: Contract - 12 months

Pay Rate (hourly, by shift):
1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Mon–Fri): $18.00/hr - 1 slot
2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Mon–Fri): $19.26/hr - 2 slots
3rd Shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Mon–Fri): $19.80/hr - 2 slots

About the Role:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator to support a 24/7 plastic injection molding operation using robotic molding machines.
Candidates with injection molding or other manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

Operate robotic plastic injection molding machines, running one to five machines at a time
Operate auto-load assembly machines
Visually inspect, handle, and package finished parts, including small or delicate parts
Inspect packaged products for quality
Identify and report quality issues to the appropriate personnel
Follow all policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Maintain accurate production records

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and/or injection molding (preferred)
Experience handling small or delicate parts (preferred)
Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
Basic math and basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
Ability to work with a sense of urgency
