Join Our Team

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associate to support our custom cable assembly and wire harness production operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in quality work, and is eager to learn different aspects of the production process.

As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll support production, inventory, receiving, packaging, and material preparation activities that help keep customer orders moving efficiently and accurately through the manufacturing process.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and stage materials for production orders.
  • Print, organize, and apply product and identification labels.
  • Assemble and verify production kits using Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with receiving incoming materials and verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Support production teams by staging materials and preparing jobs for assembly.
  • Package completed assemblies and wire harnesses for shipment.
  • Identify damaged materials and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures.
  • Cross-train in multiple manufacturing processes and provide support where needed.
  • Perform other production and warehouse duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience.
  • Cable assembly or wire harness experience is a plus but not required.

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and production documentation.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to accurately use tape measures, rulers, and other measuring tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support multiple areas of production.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
