Manufacturing Associate (Days)

Nesco Resource is seeking Manufacturing Associates for a long-time client in Warren, MI. Our client is a Tier One automotive supplier with a strong reputation for quality and stability.

Manufacturing Associate – 1st Shift
Location: Warren, MI

Pay

• $21/hour

Shift & Schedule

• 1st Shift only

• Start times: 4:00 AM – 7:00 AM

• Standard hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Schedule may include 12-hour shifts, 7-day workweeks, and overtime as needed

• Typical rotation is 19 consecutive workdays followed by 2 days off

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment per SOPs

• Assemble automotive components to production specifications

• Inspect parts for quality and report defects

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Meet daily production goals

• Work with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, not required

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic mechanical aptitude

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime

Requirements

• Steel-toed footwear required

• Must pass a background check and drug screen
