Manufacturing Film Technicians to support production of specialized film products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. These roles involve operating machinery, cutting and converting materials, and preparing finished products for shipment.

Film Technician Responsibilities
Operate large production machines that apply reflective prism patterns to film materials
Load large rolls of material into production equipment
Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality
Produce reflective film products to customer specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Conversion Technician Responsibilities
Operate slitting and cutting machines to convert film to customer-specified sizes
Package finished materials for shipment
Apply customer branding/logos to finished products
Perform quality checks using measuring tools
Qualifications (Must Have)
Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience (machine operation preferred)
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Comfortable standing and working on your feet throughout the shift
Strong reliability and consistent work history
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
Experience operating slitting, cutting, or converting equipment
Experience working with large roll materials
Previous production or machine operator background
