Job Title: Night Shift Wiper / Production Associate
Location: Lexington, NC
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Production Associate Job Responsibilities
As a Night Shift Wiper, you will play a key role in maintaining product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Essential Duties:
- Remove excess glue from cabinet doors as they move through production
- Inspect cabinet doors for cleanliness, appearance, and quality standards
- Identify and report quality concerns
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all manufacturing, safety, and quality procedures
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Support team members in achieving daily production goals
We're seeking dependable individuals who are ready to work and grow with a successful manufacturing team.
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.
