Location: Aliso Viejo, CA 92656
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift
Pay: $19.00/hour 1st Shift | $21.85/hour 2nd Shift
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Workers to join a catheter assembly team in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts.
The ideal candidate has previous assembly or manufacturing experience and is comfortable performing small, detailed assembly work using a microscope. Previous medical device experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform small and detailed assembly of catheter components
- Complete assembly work in a manufacturing environment
- Use a microscope to perform and inspect precision assembly
- Handle small components carefully and accurately
- Follow written work instructions and established manufacturing procedures
- Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow company safety and quality requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous assembly experience required
- Comfortable working with a microscope
- Ability to perform small, detailed assembly work
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
