    Manufacturing Assembly Worker

    Location: Girard, Ohio

    ARC Group is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Workers to join a production team in Girard, Ohio. This is a full-time position with paid training provided. Employees will be responsible for assembling components, following detailed work instructions, and ensuring high-quality production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and able to maintain focus on detailed tasks.


    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Follow detailed work instructions and comply with all safety rules and procedures
    • Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and drawings to accurately assemble components
    • Perform assigned assembly tasks, which may include wiring, soldering, and general component assembly
    • Conduct visual inspections of completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards
    • Use basic computer systems for tracking tasks and production documentation
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
    • Meet daily and weekly production goals as assigned
    • Work overtime as required based on business needs

    Requirements

    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
    • Good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity
    • Ability to focus and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
    • Ability to sit for long periods of time during production work
    • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
    • Ability to work independently after training is completed
    • Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including afternoon shift, night shift, and overtime as needed
