Manufacturing Assembly Worker
Location: Girard, Ohio
ARC Group is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Workers to join a production team in Girard, Ohio. This is a full-time position with paid training provided. Employees will be responsible for assembling components, following detailed work instructions, and ensuring high-quality production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and able to maintain focus on detailed tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Follow detailed work instructions and comply with all safety rules and procedures
Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and drawings to accurately assemble components
Perform assigned assembly tasks, which may include wiring, soldering, and general component assembly
Conduct visual inspections of completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards
Use basic computer systems for tracking tasks and production documentation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Meet daily and weekly production goals as assigned
Work overtime as required based on business needs
Requirements
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
Good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity
Ability to focus and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Ability to sit for long periods of time during production work
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to work independently after training is completed
Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including afternoon shift, night shift, and overtime as needed
