    Your mission

    Use your assembly expertise to turn drawings and work orders into dependable, test-verified products. You’ll collaborate with teammates, uphold rigorous safety and quality standards, and take pride in shipping assemblies that perform in the most demanding environments.

    Position details

    • Location: Ivyland, PA (Milton Roy – 201 Ivyland Rd., Warminster, PA 18974)
    • Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; overtime and some weekends as needed
    • Status: Full-time, direct hire
    • Travel: None

    Core responsibilities

    • Assemble components and subassemblies following work instructions, BOMs, and blueprints/technical drawings.
    • Operate hand, pneumatic, and power tools; safely use cranes and hoists.
    • Perform specialty work such as tube bending and soldering when required.
    • Inspect finished units for quality and specification compliance.
    • Conduct functional tests and troubleshoot issues to resolution.
    • Maintain material flow by monitoring inventory and submitting requests.
    • Practice safe work habits and wear PPE consistently.

    What you bring

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 2+ years in mechanical assembly or a comparable high-velocity operations environment
    • Communication skills (written and verbal), analytical troubleshooting, and the ability to handle varied, complex tasks

    Preferred qualifications

    • Capable of lifting 35 lbs independently and 70 lbs as a team
    • Proficient with shop tools including screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and presses
    • Computer familiarity: SSO, JD Edwards, Microsoft Outlook
