Manufacturing Area Lead - 1st Shift

Responsible for supporting the assigned work area through machine setup, material staging, workflow coordination, operator training, and quality oversight. #128230; Stage materials, packaging, paperwork, and inspection equipment for upcoming jobs.

Basic Function:

Responsible for supporting the assigned work area through machine setup, material staging, workflow coordination, operator training, and quality oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

️ Operate machines, perform in-process quality checks, and package components to customer requirements
#128295; Set up and tear down machines
#128230; Stage materials, packaging, paperwork, and inspection equipment for upcoming jobs
#128668; Operate a forklift as needed
#128104;‍#127979; Train operators on processes, safety, and quality requirements
Monitor product quality and address quality issues
#129309; Address personnel issues with the Operations Manager and other leads
#128269; Inspect equipment daily and report equipment issues
#128161; Identify and support process improvements

Principle Duties:

️ Support daily production and workflow within the assigned work area

Maintain quality and safety standards

Education amp; Experience:

#129504; Skills: Basic computer and math skills, ability to read and communicate effectively
#127891; Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent
