    Overview:

    Join Xerox as a Tier 1 Manufacturing and Process Engineer, where you will play a key role in defining and optimizing manufacturing and test processes across global production sites. This role focuses on translating product requirements into efficient, high-quality manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance and consistency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.

    What You Will Do:

    • Translate product requirements into structured manufacturing process steps prior to production
    • Develop and document assembly work instructions and required fixtures
    • Oversee and audit assembly instructions, test processes, and manufacturing workflows
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to define and implement test operations
    • Conduct pre-production trial runs and support process validation activities

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • Experience developing and documenting manufacturing or operational processes
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams
    • Proficiency in communication and organization within a technical environment
