    Description

    We are looking for a Manufacturing Analyst/Admin to support our Tooling Organization department. This position will serve on-site at El Segundo.

    Responsibilities
    Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers regarding product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

    Relevant administrative/scheduling experience; experience in a team environment providing support to a diverse customer base with a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service; experience managing competing demands while still meeting critical deadlines; experience using Microsoft Outlook with calendar functionality; ability to adapt to shifting business priorities and step forward for projects; skilled with close attention to detail. Managing and scheduling meetings will be critical, as well as organizing presentations and gathering data for leadership consumption.

    Basic Qualifications for Manufacturing Analyst 1:
    Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas)
    Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, Basic data analysis and reporting experience, problem-solving skills

    Preferred Qualifications for Manufacturing Analyst 1:
    Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or related field
    Experience supporting manufacturing in an aerospace or industrial field
    Experience with ERP/MRO systems such as SAP or MES, Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reporting.
